3 day ago I applied SP2a with hotfix 4 to my epolicy 3.0.1 server. Today i am suddenly getting an error accessing licensing information message every time i attempt to log on to the console. Further investigation has revealed that all the registry setting for the epolicy server including plugins have dissapeared.
This is the second time this has happened since upgrading to 3.0.1. Fortunately this time i had the hind sight to image the server before and after upgrading.
Does anyone know what is causing this and how it can be avoided. My downloading and restoring images on a weekly basis is screwing up all my tasks and causing all sorts of problems with replication.
