Telco reports 354 hours of international traffic in 45 minutes (800 phone calls)
Client has 4 member hunt group 1 pilot 3 lines
I feel call volumes impossible, Is my thought process correct ?
The only way a analog line can be utilized to connect more then 1 call at once is via link transfer/3 way call in the case a hook flash is sent to the CO and a second dial tone is delivered and only 1 additional call can be made out on that analog line and the two calls can be linked in to create a 3 way call for a total of two outbound channels being utilized on he same trunk at the same time .. however up to 10 calls per minute all staying up for 22 minutes,,
