disply in ie 6 shows some pages in small area got a fix? 1

Got myself a new laptop with a 17" screen however some web pages are dispayed in a tile in the middle if ie any ideas?

If You mean can I switch to full screen by pushing f11 no the page stays the same just the taskbar and tool bars disapear.

Top right of the screen, 3 controls:- hide, maximise and close. Do these work?

I believe the problemis the layout of some particular web page, not the browser window itself. ChrisOz, can you post a link of an example page with this problem?

That particular page seems to be a fixed width of 770 pixels. Then, it's centered within the browser window. So, if your browser is set wider than that, you'll see space on both sides. This is controlled by the coding of the page, not the browser.
