We just had Symposium Express loaded on our system.
When the 1st Agent logs in the displayQueue on the phone shows 2 logged in. As each agent logs in it adds 2 instead of one. Do you have suggestions where to look or what is causing this?
Your agents belong to 2 skillsets. The display queue button reports the total number of agents logged into the total number of skillsets. So, if you have one agent logged into two skillsets you will see two agents logged in. This is the problem with using the display queue key with Symposium. You may want to use Symon View instead.
