displaying x application from remote (HP-UX)on linux

I wan to view a remote X-application running on a remote HP-UX machine on my monitor.
I telnet (or rlogin)
rlogin $ipremote -l remote_user
password:xxxxx
Enter display[$my_ip:0.0]


but I get an error
Cannot query display
"$myip:0.0"

where $ipremote and $my_ip are the actual ip's for the remote and linux machines.
I need to set up xhosts, right?
Anyone casn give an example?

I don't think it;s your permision settings. Can you ping $myip??

If it's your permisions, do 'xhost +€remoteip'
