displaying time 1

im having trouble displaying the date the way it shows up whenever i move the mouse cursor over the time on the bottom right handside of the toolbar in w2k, i'd like the date to say Tuesday, July 22, 2003.

I can use the date statement but i dont know how to display the day thanks!!
