Hello -

I have a field 'Journal.EntryDate (string)' that analysts use to update a ticket with a journal entry and date. Every time there is an update to a service desk ticket they enter an update to the ticket. Tickets can have a few to several journal entries with each having different dates.

When I add this field to a report it always displays the first journal entry date. Is there a formula that would tell Crystal Reports to display the last journal entry date? And, is there another formula that would calculate the number of days since the last journal entry date?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Group on Ticket ID, suppress the group header and detail, sort on Date({Journal.EntryDate}) and put everything in the group footer
