Frieds I have two groups and I am showing the group1 and grpup 2 values in group header two. I have hardoced paragraph in group footer 2. And i am shwoing some details in detail section. there is parameter selection too, single value paramter. So when user enter one value it will display records , but the hardcoded paragraph in grpup footer is two sometimes goes to 2nd page or 3rd, then the gtoup header values (in gh 2 section) is not repeating. Even tough I selected in the option repeat GH2 on each page?, is there any other option i can use to display it on every page?.

Thanks aagain.

You're saying the Group Footer extends over several pages? That's awkward.

The only way I can see is to put a subreport in the group footer. You could stop it breaking across pages, that is a formatting option. You could also give it an artifical 'group' that includes everything and has repeat-group values.

It helps to give your Crystal version - 8, 8.5, 9, 10, 11 or whatever. Methods sometimes change between versions, and higher versions have extra options. In this case, it probably makes no difference.

You could add the groupname to a Group Footer_a section, with your regular group footer info in GF_b. Format the higher order group footer (above group footer_a in the section expert) to "Keep together".
