Displaying the Date Quarter in a Query

Is there a simple formula to return the fiscal year quarter that applies to a date? I simply want January thru March to show as Qtr 1, etc.

That will work on one of my queries. However, in another I have only a month field that supplies the numeric value of the month (1 for Jan, 2 for Feb, etc). I need for 1 thru 3 to list as Qtr 1, and 4-6 to list as Qtr 2 and so on.

1+(([month field]-1)\3)
