Hi

Using Crystal 9 and Oracle 9

I have a report with following groupings:-
Group 1 - VW_STUDENT_SURNAME
Group 2 - VW_STUDENT_REFERENCE
Group 3 - VW_MODULE_FP.M_START
Group 4 - VW_MODULE_MO.M_ID

Group 1 footer holds a text box (signature)
Group 2 footer is suppressed.
Group 3 footer displays a total field - New Page After
Group 4 displays a list of the modules

What I want is for my signature to display without a new page before it - I guess it's picking the New Page After from GF3.

I know you can suppress using onlastrecord but I don't know how to apply it at group level.

Can anyone help?

Many thanks

If you are saying thatg you don't want the last GF3 to issue a New Page After, then right click the Group 3 Footer section and in the X2 next to New Page After place:

VW_MODULE_FP.M_START <> next({VW_MODULE_FP.M_START})

-k

Thanks, didn't quite work using m_start but used student_reference intead and worked perfectly.
