Greetings,

I was looking to display the sort field (Currently singular but could change)in the report header.

I have set the sort field in Crystal reports but in vb.net 2008 code I potentially change this to something else.

I went about to create a new forumla field, within the editor I looked at the document properties and print state but could not see the required field.

Is it possible to print the sort field(s) in a formula within the report header?

I could pass in a parameter value from vb.net and print it out in the report header to replicate the sort criteria.

I have been googling around but have not found any references of how to print out/reference the sort field name.

I think setting up the sort fields using parameters is your best option. You seem to want that functionality anyway. Then it would be simple to display the results.
