displaying several records on the screen at one time.

I am using micro focus. I have sorted on the last name and I want it to display the results to the screen. I want all the records to show on the screen at the same time. How do I do this???

Also, can anyone suggest a web site that gives more on display statements, the ones I have found are pretty general.

I got this address off someone else on this forum a while back, I haven't looked at this site properly yet but there's definately something in there on full screen output

I do a lot of this @ work w/ RMCObOL on a SCO Box

TO do it, I use a program table and populate it.

Then when reading the table, use the subscript as the display line; ex: display last-name (s1) line (s1) position 10.

You will need to reset the subscript when it exceeds the screen length. THat would be a good time to accept a user prompt to continue.
