Is there any way I can print out a list of all my running totals and the formulas used to evaluate them?

Report definition

In Crystal 8.5, chooose Export (the icon of an arrow over an envelope). Chose Report definition which will show the details

I have already done this but it doesn't give me the details of my calculation - only the format of the field

{#3_Q1}
Numeric, Visible, Default Alignment, Top Alignment,
Keep Together,
Bracketed, No Thousands Separators, 0 Decimal Places, Rounding: 1,
Thousands Symbol: ',', Decimal Symbol: '.'

I need to see the conditions.

Thanks jcl5

When I find a formula isn't working as expected, I use Insert Section Below and put all of the data fields and intermediate values in that detail. That shows up what's actually happening and mostly solves it.

You could insert a text box in your report header or footer (a section that you will suppress) and enter the running total name followed by pasting in the formula from the evaluation section. Tedious, but it would document the conditional formulas.
