Displaying Pound symbol

£ (alt-156) is the UK Pound symbol per my translator.
$ (alt-36) is the US Dollar symbol.
YMMV because you could be using a different translator. You'll have to experiment, but I have confidence in your ability.
BTW, why is this on a REXX forum?

My guess would be because it says "or from a rexx exec"
