Displaying Picture from Active Directory

Does anyone know how to get a picture from Active Directory using the picture box function? I know it uses a FileStream and the "PictureBox1.Image = Image.FromStream(ms)" tools, but I have been stymied on getting it to work.

Any suggestions??
