Displaying photos with asp and access db

I have the photos paths and descriptions stored in a database(id, path, desc). I would like the description to be a hyperlink and when clicked the photo is displayed either on the same page or in a popup whatever is easier to maintain. Is this at all possible?

Yes, but have a look at this. It's along the line of what you said, but a step further.

The text above the image is stored in a database and is referenced against the URL. It is quite easy to use a similar idea to the one I use on

http://www.russellweb.co.uk/list.asp

which also uses a database and merge the ideas.
