displaying parameter value from query

I have a report that displays a chart. The chart results come from a query. The query requires that the user enter a parameter (test #). I cannot seem to figure out how to get the report to display the test # that the user enters. Any help would be greatly appreciated. TIA...

if your criteria cell says: [Enter Test No] then add a new field in the first empty column:
MyParam:[Enter Test No]
This will then be available in your report.
