I need to display a string entry ("DOT Reg. No.") in the group header only once. I have created a report that has a parameter query. For instance: I enter 2 sales orders in the parameter and it brings up the information for those to orders. Right now it displays ("DOT Reg. No.") on the two group headers, and I need it only to display it on one group header.

Using CR 8.0

Any suggestions?

Hello !

Take your formula field or text box and conditionally suppress the field by using this formula:

RecordNumber > 1

It will make the text appear only on your first group header.
