I am running a report that essentially is serving as a counter. I have 100 records and I am running a counter that will tell the user 1) the total number of records, 2) the total number of records that meet a certain condition, and 3) the total number of records that do not meet the condition. I have gotten the counters to work but when I run the report, all three 'stats' are listed 100 times, once for each record in the table. I only want to display the three 'stats' once. How do I correct this? Please advise.

Regards,

Kobs

Put the "counters" in the report footer. There, they will only appear once.....

Or set the Hide Duplicates property of the text boxes on the report to Yes

PS. Funny: first time my reply went to thread705-329791, having no connection with this one whatsoever.
