I would like to be able to display on the index page of my site a feature to display news. Without haviong to keep FTPing the news to it. I have looked at several news posting programmes, all of which have their own index page, Does any one know of how to set this up and what to use

Thanx for that.. not quite what I want, just looking at my post I really didn't explain myself. I would like to display my news about the site and the football club it is about.. sorry about my lack of meaning...and thanx again for replying
Stick your news in a database and build an update record page to change the news through a browser.
