Displaying Multiple Contacts in Separate Columns

I need help in showing multiple "cc's" in a sub-report. For example, I need to be able to send a letter to a CEO and then "CC" all of the Union Contacts contained in my report. For example:

Mickey Mouse, CEO

Donald Duck, Shop Steward
Daffy Duck, Union Rep
Elmer Fudd, Union Super

I need it to look like

Mickey Mouse, Ceo Donald Duck, Shop Steward, Daffy Duck, Union Rep, Elmer Fudd, Union Super....all strung on one row but able to be exported to separate columns...any help would be great! Thanks! h

depending on the structure of your subreport and the version of crystal you are using you may be able to utilize the "Format with Multiple Columns" option on the "Section Expert" dialogue on the details line.
