Displaying Multiple Calls with Caller ID

I have a Definity G3Si 9.5 and use 6400 series sets. What I need to happen is when someone is on the phone and another call comes in, have the caller ID of the call stay on the display screen longer than the brief moment that it does now. Someone suggested that an INSPECT Button might work, but I would rather make a system wide change...

I usually get this caller ID disappearing when someone has their "Menu" softkey button pressed. If they press "Exit" during the call they should be able to see the Caller ID. I hope this helps!
