I am a relative beginner of MS-Access.

I have a Customer table with Number, Name and Address.
I have a Purchase table which includes a Customer Number.
I have a user who will enter in data on a form for the Purchase table.
When the user enters a Customer Number, I would like the
Customer Lookup to display the Customer Name and Address
on the form.

Can someone direct me how to do this.
Right now, the user sees the Customer data strung out of the Customer number entry box on the form.

Thank you in advance.

If you look at the Sample database "Northwind" in the orders form you can alter BILL TO and see the Change in SHIP TO is that what you are after

Hope this helps
