I have a customer with a Nortel BCM. Being a newbie to the BCM, I have never done any programming on the system. My customer wants to display the login/logout status on each set. Is there feature code or basic programming to do this? Detailed procedures will be greatly appreciated.

I'm assuming you're referring to ACD login/logout
Feature codes are:
F904 - Login/Logout
F908 - Make Busy/Not Ready
F909 - Queue Status
To program a button, press Feature *2, the button you want to program, then press feature plus the code.
