I am currently working for a Softwrae Developer in the Insurance Industry and trying to build Policy Documents in Crystal.
It generally works OK using txt objects with the RTF interpretor switched on. However, we have now hit a problem with Documents produced in Word which use the Dynamic Numbering for Bullet points. The RTF editor seems to lose track of the numbers and they go all over the place, ie sequence becomes 1, 1, 2, 2, 4 ,5, 7, 7. We have tried using the original word documents as an OLE object, but when the reports run only the first page is printing.
Has anyone found a way to overcome this other than placing each page into a separate OLE object. (Some are 120 pages long)
Thank you
Ian
