Displaying intro screen when starting app

Hi !

I have an AccessXP user i/f. Each user has to enter an Access password first, when starting the app.

Now the app executes "autoexec" macro, where a main form is opened. On opening, a lot of database stuff (remote Oracle) is executed. Therefore, depending on the network traffic, the user sometimes must wait some time, until the first (main) screen is displayed.

Is there a chance to > immediately < display some intro screen, which may then close, if the main screen diplays ?
