Hi,

I have to output a whole lot of tags, so I don't want those html tags to get parsed. I used a <plaintext> tag, but Internet explorer doesn't close the tag at the end, so my footer script gets plaintext'd.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

From where are you outputting them?

fatcodeguy - you need to escape the tag elements.

A normal HTML tag could be: <p>
The markup to display this tag as shown is: &lt;p&gt;

<marc> i wonder what will happen if i press this...[ul][li]please tell us if our suggestion has helped[/li][li]need some help? faq581-3339[/li][/ul]
