Hi,

I want to know how I can draw gridlines in fram or a form and move objects snapping to the GridLines.

If you are using the Visual Basic 6 IDE, this is the defualt behaviour at design time. You can change the options for this by selecting Tools, Options from the menu bar and it's under the General Tab

Is this what you are after?
