I'm working on an spreadsheet that presents call center rep data for a weekly period. Times are currently stored in seconds. I'd like the data to be displayed as hh:mm:ss but over a week many reps have more than 24 hours of call activity and so it is not displaying correctly. I can force the display as a text field, but then I can't sum the values up over multiple periods or multiple reps.

Currently I'm looking at one row for display and one for calculations to get around this but am wondering if someone has a more elegant solution.

Thanks for your help!

Custom number format of [hh]:mm:ss

Cheers, Glenn.

Did you hear about the literalist show-jumper? He broke his nose jumping against the clock.

Thanks! That seems to fix the format. It appears that I'll need to divide all of the seconds by 86400 (60sec*60min*24hrs) to get the data into the portion of a day to make it work consistently.

Ta, Matt
