Displaying Column Names in chart

Is there a way to display the column headings for a row based on the contents of a row?

I'm trying to summarize the data in a spreadsheet by selecting one cell/record and having a msgbox or similar showing which items in a row have an X in them.

Any help would be greatly appriciated.
