Hello,

can you please tell me which win32 API that display and
stratches a .jpg file on the screen?
thanks for the help.

Two strings walk into a bar. The first string says to the bartender: 'Bartender, I'll have a beer. u.5n$x5t?*&4ru!2[sACC~ErJ'. The second string says: 'Pardon my friend, he isn't NULL terminated'.
 
Which'll be fine as long as you first know how to load a jpg into a DC as a BMP/DIB...
 
Try StretchDIBits() API function with JPEG support (Win 98, Win 2000+). See examples in MSDN (search JPEG strecth words, for example)...
