I have a phone that displays when someone elses phone is in use. How do I change that # to a different one?

Posting the TN is the best way to get an accurate, fast answer...but it sure takes the challenge out of it for us that like to guess what kind of phone and what existing programming needs to be considered.

So, here goes: In LD22, REQ prt TYPE dnb DN (enter the DN of the phone you want to modify)

Counting from the bottom up, determine the KEY number that the user can see the status of the line you'll be replacing.

If the KEY starts with "BFS" then identify the TN of the new TN to be monitored. If the key is an SCR or SCN, then remember the KEY numbetrs(s)

For the TN you need to change, go to LD11, REQ chg, TYPE (the type) TN (the TN) then hit return until you reach "KEY" where you will enter either:

KEY xx BFS x x x x (if the KEY was "BFS")
or
KEY xx SCR(or SCN) nnnn (nnnn being the new extension needing to be monitored)

Then hit return enough times so that you are prompted "REQ" - then type "END" c/r and "LOGO" c/r

Now walk away
