Display Wizard Pro

I purchased and installed Display Wizard Pro. I love the functionality this module gives my website; however, I'm having a difficulty. Here's hoping you guys can help.

My product list display shows the "Add to Basket" and "Buy One Now" buttons fine, but when I click on the thumbnail, the individual product display page is missing these two buttons plus the "label" of CODE and PRICE.

This seems to have affected the "Account" login page as well, since it's missing the 2 buttons there plus the welcome text.

Any and all suggestions truly appreciated. This is nerve-wrecking.

Do you have OpenUI installed?
If so, have you checked your "OUI Product Detail Layout"
Also, go to "edit category" to make sure the "Product Layout" has the right boxed checked.
