display whole hours

I have a report that displays in 30 minute increments. We would prefer to show the data in whole hours. How can I edit the following formula to do so?

Never heard of a MoLocalize, sounds like a UFL function.

If you have a datetime field, you can Group on that and change the group options to Section will be printed for Each Hour.

1/2 hours aren't an option, hence someone may have leveraged a UFL
