What does your display say? the hunt group name? the MM name? does it say cover? forward? What should it say? We experiment and get variations of the above. Either way it works fine, I'd just like to know what it should say.
thanks

When calling MM we see "Msgserver cover".

When MM transfers a call to a subscriber, the display shows the name of the hunt group instead of the ANI of the caller. Is this normal? Can it be changed?

Does the display change to the ANI once the subscriber answers the call? I am assuming that the MM is doing a supervised transfer so that is why you initially see the hunt group name.

Yes, once the call is answered by the subscriber ANI is displayed. I have looked at MM configuration. Under PBX Configuration > Transfer/Outcall > Transfer mode = blind. I can't understand why the ANI is passed as soon as the transfer is initiated.
