Display VBA UserForm Using VBScript

I'm attempting to load a VBA userform via VBScript. However, I'm not certain of a method which will work. Once the form loads the user will select some options with the result of some variables needing to be outputted to the VBScript in order to determine the next path in the code. Does anyone know a good method for accomplishing this?
