Hello room,
It is me again! I have having an issue; we had our cut over since 2009 to a HIPATH 4000. Now 2 years later, a user complained that she only seeing the telephone number of the person call her. For example, 201XYZ calls into our 800 number and she sees 201XYZ.
That is the setup below:
+-------------------------------------------------------------------------+
INTRTDN - 6703
SARULE - 0 DISPLAY - 800 XXX XXX ROUTING - DRTD
RCG - 21 PRI - 64 OVRPRI - 0 AUDSRCID - 0
THRSHLD - * REVCHA - FORB
+-------------------------------------------------------------------------+
Now someone call the setup below and it displays exactally what is in the display field.
+-------------------------------------------------------------------------+
INTRTDN - 6705
SARULE - 0 DISPLAY – Help 800XX ROUTING - DRTD
TARGET - 5XXX
+-------------------------------------------------------------------------+

Now the question, what can be changed from the first setup to show what is in the display field.
I personally don’t think it is an issue, but the person complaining (BOSS) is making a big deal.

OK I found in assisant the SID/ANI display was not checked. Once I checked it, the display worked. Only now, once you pickup it only displays the person's telephone number. Is there a way to keep the telephone number and what appears on the display screen?

THANKS!

I faintly remember a system parameter called "DISDEL" that may resolve this problem. Perform a DIS-ZAND:OPTISET; and see if that parameter resides there. If not, look at the other branches of AMO ZAND i.e. ALLDATA, ALLDATA2, ALLDATA3.

DISDEL is a timer. If set to "5", it means that the info on the display will be deleted after "5" seconds. Perhaps yours is set to a much lower value e.g. "1". There should be no problem changing the parameter to a higher value.

I am not near a 4K system to look for you. Good luck.

Would it have anything to do with the fact that the first example looks like it is routed into an ACD group and some of the ACD parameters might affect it vs the second example where it looks like a simple DNIT number that's routed to some specific target or hunt group?

I remember the parameter you mentioned from somewhere too. I looked in TIMC and SYSDA in 9006 but didn't see it. I know there's another batch of timer settings I've messed with before, but it's been years....

I used the command DISDEL changed the parameters to 15 and it works good now.
