Display two ccm corporate directories from two clusters

I am runnng ccm 4.1(3) and was able to edit the xml file a year ago (ciscowebs\iphoneservices\ccimp) to display a second corporate directory from a second separate cluster. Someone kindly deleted the xml cide from that file now and the second directory has been disabled. Does anyone know how to resolve this? thanks, Tom
