Display Transferring Extn No. + External Number

Hi Guys,
can you help with this little query?

Display Transferring Extn No. + External Number

I have got a customer who is asking about the caller ID on transferrd calls.

When getting an incoming call which is transferred It does not show the Extn number of the transferring Extn It just shows the CLI Incoming number.

Is there a setting to change this or does anyone know of the new service packs change this?

Are they blind transferring it? If so, that is the way it is supposed to work. If you press Transfer + Ext and then hang up the transfer is complete and it will show the outside caller id. If you press transfer + ext and stay on the line the internal extension will show until you either hang-up or press transfer again to complete the transfer.
