display the user name when somebody fingers you

I was trying out some unix commands commands and came across the finger command. I did a finger -l and was looking at all the plans and one of them displayed my user name and said "geekie F*** OFF!!" how did he do it?

He would have created a .plan file in his home directory with the above text in it
