Display the TO: email instead of AD user

OK i have a request from a client who now I converted over from an outside POP3 server to an in house exchange server. The issue: He has multiple email accounts under the old POP3 server. When an email came in displayed which email the outside sender was sending too.

Now it just shows his AD username. He has multiple emails under a single AD user??

He really wants this feature and I can't figure a way to display the email instead of the AD user. This is for both outlook 2003 and web outlook.

I hope someone can shead some light here for me
