If I want to print out a page of selection criteria, and I want to include all the values that my users selected from my parameters, how would I do this?

Another wrench in the thinking is that I have several parameters, 5 to be exact, all with more then one value that the user can choose from.

All I want to do is display on the last page of the report what the users selected.

I hope I was clear

Thank you!

ok ay maybe I should have explained a little better, becyuse I don't see anything that will help me, with one of my propmts. I have a dymanic cascading prompt.
MBO
Facility
Unit

In the prompt the value is the code
MBO Code
Facility Code
Unit Code

and then in the description, it the name
MBO Name
Facility Name
Unit Name

Is ther ea way to pull out only the descriptions/or names from this dynamic cascading prompt? seperately, one for the MBO names, one for the Facility naems and one for the unit names?

Thank you!

I think it would be easiest to use a separate subreport for each of these, where the MBO Code, e.g., is set to MBO parameter, and then the description field is placed in the detail section and grouped on, with all other sections suppressed.

so I have created subreports for the values I need, but the subreports are only bringing one value (the first value across to the page. is there a way in the subreport, or the linking that I can make it so the subreports bring over all the values that are choosen in the main report?

You should be linking on the parameter field from the main report to the field in the subreport. No other links.

I have that, but again it's only bringin over the first "selection

Well, did you place the field in in the subreport into the detail section and then either a) select distinct records or b) group on the fields?

Please go into the subreport->selection formula->record and copy what you see there into this thread. Also explain where you placed the subreport.
