Display Text on Agent Phone

Hello All,

Is it possible to display text on an agent phone display depending on things happening in a script?

We are currently moving the attendant to a CC6 environment and we would like to display the forwarding reasons. On a 2250 (Or normal set for that matter) you can see the forwarding reason (Busy, No answer, etc, etc). I found the commands to detect the reasons, but I'm unable to find a way to display the reason on the agent set.

I did find DNIS stuff but that is digit based and not text based.

Configuration/phoneset displays offers you some choices based on the type of phone you are using, but I do not think it specifically has what you want in there, but you might try looking in to that to see if there is a way to manipulate that to get what you want in at least a numeric value, then give the users a cheat sheet as to what specific numbers mean.
