Is it possible to display text on an agent phone display depending on things happening in a script?
We are currently moving the attendant to a CC6 environment and we would like to display the forwarding reasons. On a 2250 (Or normal set for that matter) you can see the forwarding reason (Busy, No answer, etc, etc). I found the commands to detect the reasons, but I'm unable to find a way to display the reason on the agent set.
I did find DNIS stuff but that is digit based and not text based.
