How can I have a report display the field names, data type, field size, descriptions.

I used to have Visio and it could look this up. I would like to build a report in Access to do this for documentation purposes.

Is it possible?

on the menu, select Tools|Analyze|Documenter. It will prompt you for what you want to print.

If you want a little more flexibility from the results of the documenter, take a look at this link

The Documenter worked fine, but I wanted it in a table structure. Duane, your extra information served the purpose! Thank you... here is a star, it worked as I wanted (anticipated)!
