Display status of Hotdesk users

Hi,

Does anyone know if there anyway to get the Ext no. that hotdesk users are logged into?

if it is logged into extension numbers that you are after then log out of the phone and there you go, it should show the base extension number. Otherwise if it is the logged in as extension number then bring up call status and get the user to pickup the handset and check the extension number that way

If you have the extension set as blank then the only way to do find out what extension it is connected to is by making a call to the logged on user and using monitor

I personally don't leave blank extensions anymore for use with hotdesk. I just use numbers that don't exist and that number will come up on the top of the screen when logged out
