Display start and finish time in MS Project

Hi,

I would like to know if there is a way to customize the Start and Finish fields in Project so that instead of showing calendar dates these fields can show time. For example I would like to show that a task ran from 6:00PM to 9:00PM. Is it possible to do this in Project?
