Display SQL Server data within a Domino form

All of the programming examples I have seen
have pulled data from a SQL Server database
and displayed the data in a message box.

I need to display this data in a field on a
Domino/Notes form. Any suggestions how to
do this? I am new to this area, if you have
an answer, please provide me with extra detail.

Are we talking about web form or Notes form ?.

Lets see, if I recall, I believe it was a Notes Form.

I would like to setup multiple columns of text boxes
that represent each record in the table, rather than
a single column that goes on forever (or close to it).

I was transferred to another project and forgot all
about this posting. oops
