I have various display sets that go blank or dark. I have to unplug and plug back in the set for the display to come up.
it is an intermittant problem
not the same sets all time
the problem seems to be across all digital line cards.
sometimes the displays go blank on several sets, other times up to a dozen sets are affected.
sometimes the problem will not happen for a couple of months
The blank displays does NOT affect call handling...the user can still make and receive calls
I have an Option 61c with OTM
any thoughts on what adjusts i can make in the switch?
