Display scrolling

I have created a website that displays correctly when viewed in 1024. Several users are using 640 and are not receiving the horizontal scroll bar. This is causing the page to wrap around. Is there a way to put a control in FrontPage that will determine the screen size and adjust correctly, or at least add a horizontal scroll bar so that the pages will display correctly?
