Hi We got Mitel controller 7.1 and Micollab client server.
We are using micollab client to make answer call (in each extension we select 5020 IP device type and make a multicall key)
We have several ring group and when external people call to this ring group, instead of displaying ring group name/extension in the staff micollab client belong to this ring group, it retain the original caller number
This make it hard for staff to identify if this call is direct to them or from the ring group they belong to
We have been told that this is the limitation of MCD/Micollab client server and nothing much can be done
I just wonder if anyone in here have any idea of how to help us identify which incoming call is direct or from ring group?
thanks
